The Fit Lady Lifestyle Membership Refunds Return/Refund Policy
We wholeheartedly believe in our services and want you to be completely satisfied with your membership with us. This is the reason for The Fit Lady Lifestyle 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you wish to cancel your membership subscription within 7 days of signing up (your free 7 day experience), you will not incur any fees associated with the membership.

We want to do our best to serve you and provide everything that we say we will. However If for some reason you do not feel as though we came through on our promise on your membership enrollment, please just send an email to support@thefitladylifestyle.com and we will be happy to refund your initial membership fee if the conditions below are met.

The satisfaction guarantee is not your excuse for not using the program. This may sound harsh, but it is our fundamental belief that when you financially invest in yourself, you are far more likely to use the tools available to you. We have created these tools to enable you to take control of your Lifestyle, mindset and, ultimately, your self-worth. We have developed a robust system that will help YOU create a life lasting change - but the first step begins with YOU a refund will NOT be issued for “Lack of use”. 
 
Policy
The Fit Lady Lifestyle will process refunds for your initial membership fee in accordance with the restrictions below. Although we strive to minimise process times, refunds may take more than one week for us to process once we receive all required information. Restrictions regarding returns of other items are provided below as well. 

1. To be considered for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of enrolment in the Fit Lady Lifestyle monthly subscription. To request a refund, please email support@thefitladylifestyle.com. Once the refund request is approved, in all cases, refunds will be made ONLY via the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. 

2. Lifetime access membership fee is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

3. eBook, instant downloads(i.e.Meal Plan Templates), unlimited (i.e. Lifetime) access & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable. All sales of these items are final.

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions For The Meal Plan Templates

If after 90 days of giving the Meal Plan templates and honest try as instructed you are not 100% satisfied with the results you have seen we will issue you a refund in full.

Refunds will NOT be given for "lack of use" or "change of mind" for any of our digital products.
